Phlebotomy Refresher

This online course is aimed at those who are currently, or have previously practised phlebotomy and who want to refresh their knowledge and understanding of the skill. The course includes role and responsibilities; informed consent and mental capacity; infection prevention and control measures; appropriate vein selection; equipment required; the process of obtaining blood samples; potential complications and the correct documentation required.
