Executive Team
“I am passionate about health and wellbeing and I’m also a qualified acupuncturist.”
Patient care has always been my passion and I ensure we deliver the highest level of clinical training to the healthcare professionals we work with. I have over 15 years’ experience of pre-hospital emergency care and worked in various roles as a Paramedic including Mentor, Clinical Team Leader and Manager of the Out of Hours GP Service and Community Responder Scheme.
“When I am not working, I am a busy Mum of 3 (soon to be 4!) children and love to do a spot of baking!”
Senior Leadership Team
I will be heading on maternity leave soon to have my first baby, although I will have major fomo, I am looking forward to my next chapter and will enjoy all the things that will come with being a boy mum!
Creating a positive work environment and prioritising well-being is crucial to my role, as it allows our team to flourish and progress in their roles. Becoming a Mental Health First Aider last year has been instrumental to this.
Outside of work I really enjoy cooking, traveling, yoga, baking, photography and anything that allows me to use my creative side as an artist at heart. I absolutely love a night in at home, cosy in front of the fire with my Cavalier King Charles and a glass of red wine.
My time at ECG has been rewarding and I work across all the departments to ensure anything ‘pharmacy related’ is done to a high standard. We now have an onsite GPhC registered pharmacy, and can dispense private prescriptions, particularly for our Mental Health team who provide assessments and treatments for patients with ADHD and Autism.
As Director of Finance, I am responsible for overseeing the Finance Department, managing the accounting and financial reporting, and providing strategic financial leadership. I am passionate about finance, and being a part of delivering excellent, high-quality services to our customers.
At ECG, passion, innovation, and collaboration are at the forefront of what we do, we bounce off each other’s energy which results in an amazing company to work for.
When not working I enjoy running and spending time with my husband and four children.
Operations Team
My journey to ECG Healthcare has been a unique and fulfilling one. Before joining this incredible team, I had a background in Dental Nursing, where I specialized as a Lead Implant Nurse and Treatment Coordinator. This role not only honed my skills in patient care but also laid the foundation for my subsequent career at ECG.
My ECG journey began as a Training Coordinator, and over time, I have had the opportunity to progress to the position of Senior Accounts Manager. This professional growth has allowed me to continually learn and contribute to the success of our organization.
Outside of the office, I find great joy in spending quality time with my family and friends. I am an avid dog lover and enjoy taking long walks with my pups. Reading is another passion of mine; I love reading between the realms of non-fiction and fantasy. Additionally, I enjoy growing my own vegetables, and pottering around in my garden.
In my spare time I am a mum to two beautiful babies. My boy is 2 and my baby girl is 1, I have a puppy golden retriever too and enjoy family walks and Sunday lunches (Sunday is my favorite day of the week). I am getting married next year which is exciting too.
After `cutting my teeth`, over several years, in the ambulance I moved on to work in Cardiac Care, Childhood Immunisation and eventually hospital-based training. I then joined ECG Training and since then I haven’t looked back.
When I’m not causing trouble at work and coming up with zany ideas, I spend my time at home with my family. I enjoy playing computer games, playing a variety of instruments, painting models, and being a semi competent games master for a dungeons and dragons group. I love telling a story!
If asked to describe myself, I would say I’m a chatty chameleon. I love a natter and fit in most places!
I look forward to work every single day with the new challenges that arise, pushing boundaries and seeking continual development.
A part of my role is managing our Open Course model, which I thoroughly enjoy. Being able to develop a model to further increase the satisfaction of our valued customers fills me with a strong sense of joy. We at ECG are always seeking to exceed expectations.
Outside of ECG I am a season ticket holder for Sunderland AFC. I also enjoy attending a range of gigs, travelling the world and completing long hikes whatever the weather. Being able to experience the latter with friends/family always make the occasion special.
In my free time I love spending time with my family and friends- I even work alongside one of my sisters here at ECG. I am passionate about health and fitness and enjoy going for a run or to the gym when I get the time to.
I feel incredibly fortunate to have been given this opportunity for a career change and am enthusiastic about getting to know the company and mastering my new role in the coming weeks. The warm welcome and friendliness from everyone at ECG have been truly inspiring, and I’m looking forward to fully immersing myself in this supportive environment.
Outside of work, you’ll find me exploring the beautiful green spaces in Milton Keynes with my family (including our Maltipoo fur baby) and enjoying K-dramas with our teenage daughter. I am fortunate to live close enough to our beautiful offices to run to work and my commute is a unique blend of the Grand Union Canal, the scenic surroundings of Bradwell Abbey, some 70s rock and/or a podcast - all of which make this new chapter in my life even more exciting!
The last couple of years I’ve gone from an Accounts Coordinator to now being the Financial Administrator, which is a fantastic role for me, as I love being able to see the process of something come to life. Working for ECG has been life changing for me and I’m so thankful for all the opportunities this fantastic company has to offer, I’m looking forward to the future, in this place, no week is the same and there’s always something special around the corner.
Outside of work, I have a 4-and-a-half-year daughter who keeps me busy and in trouble (most of the time). Some may say I’m addicted to country music; I would say I have a passion for it, and you can find me listening to it most days (if my office colleagues will let me). I’ve just started paint-by-numbers, I have no artistic skills, but you don’t need them if it’s already drawn for you....
I love getting up close and personal with nature.... but not wasps! At home I am surrounded by a mini zoo! I have 4 cats and 2 dogs, the dogs are really outnumbered but their own! Those who know me well know that I have an incredibly dry sense of humour. Some people can't tell when I'm being serious until I flash them a Cheshire Cat Grin.
I have 19 years’ experience in the NHS Ambulance Service, most recently working for London Ambulance Service as a Clinical Tutor and Emergency Medical Technician.
Outside of work I like to cook, play the guitar and listen to music. I’m also a Dad and have 2 daughters who keep me extremely well occupied at the weekends!
Outside of work I enjoy going to the gym, cooking, and seeing my friends. On most weekends I go and stay with my girlfriend at her Uni, we love going out to eat and shopping in town – or just staying in because we have spent all our money earlier in the month. I also love seeing live music when I can; I don’t really have a favourite genre, but I know I do not like country music.
Outside of work I enjoy spending time with friends and family, watching Football and Formula 1 as well as all things media related. When I am not consuming copious amounts of TV and seeing friends, I am caring for the 23 animals I inherited by moving in with my girlfriend which consists of 9 Guinea Pigs, 6 Rabbits, 2 Tortoises, 2 Dogs and 4 Cats, which as you can imagine can get very hectic, but deep down I love it really.
Outside of work, I spend a lot of time gaming with my husband and friends, seeing family and either cuddling or arguing with my cat.
