Our courses are for anyone who wishes to deliver adult and paediatric Basic Life Support and AED training to others in their organisation or in the community. Our courses cover the recommended delivery method for Basic Life Support teaching and how to accommodate adult learning styles. Full introduction training lasts one day and our refresher training lasts half a day. Our courses consist of eLearning, interactive lectures, demonstrations of the skills required to be a good BLS and AED instructor and an assessment of the teaching style. All candidates should already have a good understanding of Basic Life Support. *Anaphylaxis is an optional add on, duration of training may be extended by 30 minutes.
Our courses are developed in line with current legislation, Resuscitation Council, and CQC guidelines and is suitable for either clinical or non-clinical staff.
