My first month at ECG Training.
How time flies.
Its been a month now working for ECG and they have asked me to write a blog.
Being honest, I have found the change in career quite challenging. Nevertheless I have always quoted “I enjoy new challenges” and my new role within ECG has been a challenging but a rewarding one.
Coming from a previous automotive background. Social media and marketing was never a focus. I also would not describe myself as a individual with many words to say, which is why I have found this blog in particular a hurdle, but I am happy to say I got there.
My first month at ECG? Well it certainly has not been a doddle since I arrived. I have had to learn a number of new words and acronyms I didn’t even know existed. I have even been tested week by week… it has been a bit like taking my theory test all over again! Luckily I’m determined, so took pleasure in getting the answers right.
I have also been out and about, meeting customers and enjoyed being able to shadow a couple of our trainers, observing what they do and see what happens outside of the office.
From day one the team have been great, they have been friendly and accommodating which I have more then appreciated.
I am excited to see myself develop within ECG and watch my confidence grow.
