Replacement Course Certificate

If you need a replacement certificate for either an online or face to face course, we will need to charge you a small admin fee, to cover time spent in searching archives and creating copy documents.

When we receive your payment, we will contact you to confirm the details of the certificate you require.
Please note that it will take 7-10 working days for us to provide your replacement certificate via email. If you have not received the certificate after this time please get in touch.

Over the years we have expanded our offerings to include online courses and continue to grow the range in response to customer demand. Our online courses include chaperoning, vaccination refresher, anaphylaxis and infection prevention and control.

All our training courses are regularly reviewed by our Clinical Governance group to ensure the content and delivery reflects current standards, guidelines and legislation.

Our large team of clinical and professional trainers offer a wide knowledge base and range of expertise that we can share with our clients.

We also offer a number of products and services to complement our training courses. This includes a range of private vaccination PGD’s and PharmaDoctor ETool. (travel health services) We can also help you source as a range of resuscitation products including defibrillators and pocket masks by linking with our supply partners.

The training courses, products and service we offer mean we can facilitate all our customers’ needs, from individual learning to large NHS, private, educational and pharmaceutical organisations.
