Replacement Course Certificate

If you need a replacement certificate for either an online or face to face course, there is an administration charge that you will need to pay.

Please note that certificate requests must be submitted within three (3) years of the course commencement date. In line with our record retention policy, data is maintained for a maximum of three years.

If a certificate replacement request cannot be fulfilled, the order will be cancelled in which you will be notified of this and a full refund will be issued. The refund will be processed using the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Please note, it can take up to 7-10 working days for us to provide your replacement certificate.
