To redeem your FREE Medicated Weight Management Online Training, you will need to opt in to this by completing a short JotForm received via email post purchase, confirming you would like to access the training. Please note JotForm submission is required to access the online training.
Upon purchasing this PGD and opting into the FREE Medicated Weight Management online training, our team will complete the online training enrolment. This can take up to 48 hours and actioned on a business working day. Our office opening hours are Monday – Friday 08:30 -17:00.
Indications:
Adults between 18-75 years (Mysimba 18-65 years) with an initial BMI of:
• ≥30 kg/m², or
• ≥27 kg/m² to <30 kg/m² (overweight), who have comorbidities such as:
• dysglycaemia
• hypertension
• dyslipidaemia
• obstructive sleep apnoea
Where patients are also willing to follow a diet and exercise plan
Suggested Training:
- Weight Management training course. It is recommended that pharmacists who wish to use this PGD have completed the current ECG Healthcare ‘Medicated Weight Management’ course.
- ‘Self directed’ study (e.g. NICE guidelines, product SPC, relevant CPPE course, relevant ‘e-learning for health’ course)
