Hydroxocobalamin 1mg/1ml injection
Indications:
For maintenance treatment of diagnosed vitamin B12 deficiency, in those who are over 16 years of age
Vitamin B12 PGD which will cover administration of hydroxocobalamin injection to those with a diagnosed deficiency. The PGD will not cover administration of hydroxocobalamin for use as a diet or health supplement.
Suggested Training:
• Vaccination training such as that offered by ECG Healthcare.
• Refresher course for BLS/anaphylaxis
