Welcome to our comprehensive Pharmacy First Training e-learning initiative, crafted to empower pharmacists with the knowledge and expertise essential for providing top-notch care through the NHS Pharmacy First Service. This online training program encompasses the necessary theoretical foundation for supporting the service, focusing on ear assessments (utilising an otoscope) and throat assessments.

Additionally, it incorporates fundamental clinical and diagnostic information to assist you in effectively treating patients with the initial conditions covered by the NHS Pharmacy First Service, such as infected insect bites, impetigo, acute sinusitis, sore throat, UTI, shingles, and acute otitis media.

Our e-learning module is designed to function as either a standalone course or as a complementary resource to our in-person course on ear and throat assessments.
