Clinical Assessment

This online course is designed to give you the knowledge and understanding of how to undertake a relevant history and clinical observations when assessing patients. It could be a great refresher for staff returning to the frontline and is suitable for nurses or other healthcare professionals involved in assessing patients. It looks at how to take basic observations and discusses normal ranges and possible causes for abnormal readings.
