Jane Lambert is the award-winning Chief Executive Officer of ECG Healthcare, which includes the Makewell Clinic, where she also serves as the CQC Registered Manager. A registered nurse by background, Jane founded ECG Healthcare in 2002 with a clear vision: to improve access to high-quality healthcare within primary care and beyond.
Her nursing career began in 1990 on a busy medical ward, progressing to junior sister before becoming an NHS Resuscitation Officer at Milton Keynes Hospital in 1996. This pivotal role ignited her passion for healthcare training, which has shaped much of her professional journey.
Under Jane’s leadership, ECG has grown to deliver nationwide training and clinical services, while Makewell Clinic, launched in 2020, provides local communities with timely access to essential health services often hindered by long NHS waiting lists.
In addition to her leadership role, Jane is a sought-after keynote speaker on neurodiversity, championing inclusive and neuro-affirming practices across healthcare, education, and business. Her contributions to healthcare and advocacy have been recognised with multiple awards, reflecting her commitment to innovation, inclusion, and excellence in patient care.

“I am passionate about health and wellbeing and I’m also a qualified acupuncturist.”

Senior Finance Admin

Mandy Cove

The last couple of years I’ve gone from an Accounts Coordinator to now being the Financial Administrator...

Hi, I’m Mandy and I’ve been with ECG for just under 3 years, after a year of maternity leave and the first part of the pandemic, I took the break to relish in a career change and joined ECG in December 2020 and haven’t looked back since. I started as a Training Coordinator, which was good fun and gave me a great understanding of what the company is famous for, and after a short period, I was introduced to the world of finance.

The last couple of years I’ve gone from an Accounts Coordinator to now being the Financial Administrator, which is a fantastic role for me, as I love being able to see the process of something come to life. Working for ECG has been life changing for me and I’m so thankful for all the opportunities this fantastic company has to offer, I’m looking forward to the future, in this place, no week is the same and there’s always something special around the corner.

Outside of work, I have a 4-and-a-half-year daughter who keeps me busy and in trouble (most of the time). Some may say I’m addicted to country music; I would say I have a passion for it, and you can find me listening to it most days (if my office colleagues will let me). I’ve just started paint-by-numbers, I have no artistic skills, but you don’t need them if it’s already drawn for you....
