About Us

About Us

We provide face-to-face training and multiplatform online training.

Our wide range of healthcare training is designed and delivered to support nurses, doctors, pharmacists, dentists, allied professionals and their teams.

ECG was established in 2002 by Jane Lambert, a former NHS Resuscitation Officer, initially to offer resuscitation training. Since then, we have continued to broaden our portfolio of courses to include mandatory, clinical and soft skills training.

More recently we have expanded our offer to include online courses, as well as nationwide onsite training, so that we can facilitate all our customers’ needs, from individual learning to large NHS, Educational and Pharmaceutical organisations.

All our training courses are regularly reviewed by our Clinical Governance group to ensure the content and delivery reflects current standards, guidelines and legislation.

Our large team of clinical and professional trainers offer a wide knowledge base and range of expertise that we can share with our clients.

ECG is run by an experienced Head Office team who are here to give you friendly and helpful assistance in arranging and facilitating your training needs.

I established ECG in 2002 after leaving my post at Milton Keynes Hospital as the Senior Resuscitation Officer. I enjoyed setting this service up within the hospital and developing an improved resuscitation service. ECG then enabled me to further improve resuscitation standards across Primary as well as Secondary Care. My vision was to create mandatory training which was both enjoyable and beneficial to the course attendees year after year, so it didn’t feel such a chore to attend! My future vision is to further improve the accessibility and quality of healthcare training.
